Integrative Therapist & Writer exploring identity, self-worth, and the inner child.

Welcome – I’m Francesca, an Integrative Mental Health Writer & Therapist. My work is about bridging clinical practice with everyday conversations, turning deep psychological ideas into stories people can relate to.

I offer therapy for both adults and young people, creating a safe and supportive space to explore identity, self-worth, relationships, and the challenges of growing up.

I also write essays and reflections that extend beyond the therapy room – exploring themes such as resilience, memory, and culture. Writing is part of how I make therapy feel accessible, real, and transformative for more people.
