I’m Francesca Francis, an Integrative Mental Health Writer & Therapist. My path into therapy has been shaped by curiosity and care – a curiosity about how we grow, adapt, and make sense of our lives, and a deep care for helping people reconnect with themselves.

I obtained a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Counselling from the University of East London and am currently working towards professional accreditation. I am also pursuing an MSc in Child Development at University College London (UCL). My professional experience spans both the NHS and education sectors, where I have supported adults and young people through periods of change, challenge, and personal development.

Over time, I’ve developed an integrative practice that weaves together clinical expertise and creative storytelling. My work centers on inner child healing and self-worth, because I believe that lasting change begins with understanding and nurturing ourselves on a deeper level. I have experience working with children aged 4 to 13 in primary schools, as well as supporting older children through private practice.

My mission is to help people rediscover resilience, identity, and meaning – whether through therapy, writing, or conversation.

Writing is central to my practice. It allows me to turn deep psychological ideas into relatable stories that resonate with people far beyond the therapy space.
